The content of this site, including guides, videos, answers to questions and the glossary, is published for general information. It describes engineering method and experience; it is not advice on any particular asset, project, contract or dispute, and no professional relationship is created by reading it. Advice is given only under a written engagement that sets out the scope, the fee and the terms that apply to it.
Fees shown on the site are indicative. They exclude expenses and site visits unless stated, and are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Engagements
Every engagement is governed by a written agreement for consultancy services issued before work starts. Where anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement prevails.
